How long are sessions?
Sessions are 60 minutes.
How much does a session cost?
$150 per 60-minute session. The free 15-minute introduction call is at no cost.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes — sessions are offered both in-person (Greater Vancouver) and virtually for clients anywhere in British Columbia.
How do I book?

How many sessions will I need?
This is entirely individual. Some people find a small number of sessions very helpful; others prefer ongoing support. Maggi will check in on progress regularly and you're always in control of when to continue or wrap up.
Is everything I share kept confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in sessions is strictly confidential. There are very limited legal and ethical exceptions — for example, if there is imminent risk to your safety or the safety of others — and these will be explained clearly at your first session.
